Custom Painting Details
Customized commissions are made to order. Each artwork is hand-painted based on the submitted photo reference and any additional special requests (if possible). Because of this, there are no refunds or returns accepted.
Note: Due to their unique designs, custom orders may take up to an extra 2 weeks to process and ship. This doesn't include additional time spent rectifying poor photo submissions, discussions about personalizations (if any), or special request changes.
How to Order a Custom Painting
Here's how to order your custom pet portrait:
1. Upload a photo reference of the custom design you want to personalize the item with. (See "Photo Guidelines" before choosing your photos!)
2. Enter any custom text you want added to your design. If no custom text is entered into the field, none will be added to the design.
3. Choose your preferred background color. Font color will be either black or white depending on the background color chosen.
4. You can add any other special requests to the order notes, but it is never 100% guaranteed they can be fulfilled. If, for any reason, there are issues with your custom order, you will be notified!
Photo Guidelines
When uploading a personal photo to order a custom design, the following guidelines will ensure the best results:
- The desired subject should be facing forward as much as possible, and should be the main focus of the photo
- It is best to use photos with natural lighting—added filters or overediting can potentially result in inaccurate coloring and/or designs.
- Multiple subjects are allowed! Please be aware that smaller items can be harder to customize with multiple designs and still be clear and accurate.
- If, for any reason, your photo(s) aren't usable, you will be notified and given the opportunity to submit a new one. Don't worry, you will still get your personalized order ;).
- If your photo is of a pet: try to use photos where accessories (including collars) are removed, if possible.
- Any additional special design requests can be added to the order notes and will fullfilled if possible.
